This was our second house purchase, and both times we used Faye as our conveyancer. When you're buying a house, the last thing you want is delays coming from your side of the chain and with Faye, that was never an issue. Her response times were consistently fast, and she kept things moving at every stage, chasing up the other parties and keeping us informed without us ever having to chase her. A special mention too for her assistant Fiona, who was involved through alot of the day to day communication and chasing, and did so brilliantly. Having been through the process twice now with Faye, it's clear this isn't a one off shes reliable, communicative, and clearly knows how to keep a purchase on track. We recently referred a friend to them as well, who have had a speedy purchase, nearing completion and have said what a great service they had also. Would recommend Faye without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a house.

First transaction using Sills & Betteridge since the firm incorporated Campions Solicitors, of whom I have been a client for a number of years. Trainee Legal Executive Faye Wilson (formerly of Campions), whom I had not had the pleasure of dealing with previously, was nothing short of excellent throughout. Fee quote, onboarding and day to day email communication were utterly efficient. Most importantly Faye ensured we were always ready for the other side with regards to agreeing exchange and completion - no mean feat just days before the Xmas shutdown. Completion funds were received same day and a telephone call with Faye closed down the file. Highly recommended and will be instructing Faye for future conveyancing matters.

Very happy I picked Sills & Betteridge for a house move, they was excellent throughout the process, kept me fully up to date on a very regular basis, same day replies etc. And showed full breakdowns of any costs involved and what they were for.
