I used Sills and Betteridge both for the sale of my property and for the one I was purchasing. At each stage from quoting for the work through to completion, the team I was assigned (KIm's team) gave me accurate information, including costings and provided regular updates and answered my queries speedily at each point. My main contact person (Lucy), rang me with queries as well as answering her phone when I made them. I found this human contact hugely reassuring. The team were thorough in investigating a complex purchase which i was also glad to see. Likewise, with my sale, they responded speedily to all queries from my buyers. In summary, the team I was given were efficient, patient and professional on my behalf.

I cannot recommend Conveyancing Team Kimberley Rose highly enough. I was dealing with the sale of my late mum’s house while living overseas, which added an extra layer of stress and anxiety to an already difficult process. From start to finish, the team were professional, patient, responsive and genuinely caring. One thing that meant a great deal to me was that whenever I called, I was always put through to someone who could help. This was always the same person in my case, so it was incredibly comforting to know that there was someone available to listen, explain what was happening and help calm me down when I inevitably had one of my many panic calls! A special thank you to Lucy Dixon for your incredible patience, particularly when various hurdles arose — including a few that I may have unnecessarily created myself! You made a stressful process feel so much more manageable. I’m genuinely sorry that this is where we part ways, because you have been such a pleasure to work with. S&B came recommended based on the fact that they keep the client informed regarding progress, which was important for me. My purchase should have been straightforward but a few complications extended the timeline, S&B were clearly more proactive that my seller's solicitor which was frustrating especially as my seller was as keen as I to complete. I thing S&B performed far better than others I have used and I'm sure had I used a competitor the process would have taken even longer. Very friendly and professional throughout.
