If i ever need a lawyer ever again sills and betteridge will be my first call, the have been amazing and very patient will all my questions, never once did I feel like I was being a pain with endless questions (even if I was) they took time to explain everything more than once in some cases.

Sills & Betteridge in Lincoln was one of those recommended by the Estate Agent. They do pay a fee to the Estate Agent for these recommendations, which they were up front about (although not mentioned by the Estate Agent!). The people I dealt with were always helpful and I never felt that the sale was held up by them, so I have no regrets about using them.
