We recently purchased our first property and were extremely impressed with Chloe and Kathryn. As this was our first time going through this process, we had a lot (and I mean a lot) of questions. Kathryn and Chloe were extremely patient and addressed each point/concern we had. Their response time to our emails was excellent - we either receive a response the same day or the following day.
We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Sills & Betteridge to friends and family or use them again in the future.

Best solicitors ever
Kathryn and Chloe were superb. I was stressed throughout the whole process and they were very patient and supportive. I honestly believe if they hadn’t been dealing with the buying and selling the move would have fallen through. I honestly can’t thank them both enough.

Outstanding service
Moving house is always stressful. But Chloe, and Kathryn who I mainly dealt with were brilliant. Definitely made the experience a lot easier with their frequent updates and professionalism. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic & Easy for buying property/conveyancing
Bought our first home with S&B, used them as they came up with the cheapest quote & best reviews of other local solicitors.
