Raj has specialised in commercial property since qualifying as a solicitor 18 years ago. Her experience is varied and she has acted for a range of clients spanning from the smaller local businesses to landed agents and national companies. She is able to assist in the sale and purchase of freehold land/property including option agreements, overage (clawback) and planning documentation. She has extensive knowledge of leasehold transactions be it granting or taking a fresh lease, assignments, variations and surrenders.
