Ellie is a Partner and Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Family Law. Ellie joined Sills & Betteridge in 2010 and has worked in the Matrimonial Department since September 2011. Care and consideration
Very professional organisation who genuinely care for their clients. Very helpful every step of the way and were consistently informative. Excellent understanding of points of law. Returned phone calls and answered emails in a timely fashion. Cannot express my thanks enough especially Ellie Jones. Expensive but aren't all solicitors? Good value for money however for the work carried out.

Refreshing transparent experience
I went to Ellie after have a negative experience with another firm. She was nothing other than professional, efficient, clear, and transparent. A couple of time she had to come back to me with news she knew I wouldn't want, but she was prepared with a new approach. She kept me updated all the way through and did not use unnecessary jargon which made thinks seem so much easier.

Excellent service
Ellie Jones supported me through a long 3 year divorce and financial settlement
Starting with a non molestation order/occupation order through to divorce and final hearing /FDR
At all times I felt like I was treated as an individual and Ellie was always on hand with prompt help and advise which was sometimes needed on a daily basis due to the nature of the circumstances-Sills can call on a team of experts who also give the same standard of Customer Service - I would highly recommend Ellie and her team

Family court
I have been using Sills & Betteridge since Oct 2016, I have found them to be very professional yet approachable. They have always given me honest and good advice which has paid dividends. My ex partner took my child (as a baby) and made it very clear she did not want me to have a relationship with my daughter, ever. After I put a application in for emergency contact to be able to see my daughter, I was then subsequently given a C100 accusing me of various different types of abuse against my daughter and my ex partner. It has been an incredibly lengthy process, but a combination of taking my solicitors advice and the persistent lying of my ex partner resulted in a very prescriptive order which allows me and my daughter to have a happy and healthy relationship.
