Execution of a will
Alistair Thomson took over from Katherine Proctor to deal with the execution of my husband's will. What follows applies to both of them. I found Katherine very approachable. I had a meeting with her before my husband died. At this time she explained to me what the process would be. She met again with me and I told her what I wished to do myself and what I wanted her to deal with. She was systematic in her approach, always having the necessary documents ready for me. She was always willing to spend time explaining things I did not understand. There was a seamless transition when Alistair took over . He persisted until all the loose ends were tied up. Both were good at keeping me in the picture about what was happening.
