Andrew advises on all aspects of wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney and care home fee mitigation and acts as attorney and court appointed deputy for many clients. In addition, as a former litigation specialist, Andrew continues to advise clients on challenges to NHS funding decisions relating to care and accommodation for adults with physical or mental needs. He advises on when NHS funding is available and, in appropriate cases, will dispute decisions where NHS funding has been refused. Andrew sits on the international membership committee of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. The committee’s role is to ensure that members admitted to STEP are of a suitable caliber to maintain the reputation of standards of the Society.     Administration of my Father's Estate

    I would like to thank Anna O'Mara for all her help and being our main contact in administering and distributing my Dad's estate. I would also like to thank the Executors Andrew Durkan & Richard Bussell for their professional advice too.
