Nobody can prepare you for the impact of being thrown into the family court process. Before being represented by Jessica and her team at Sills & Betteridge, I felt petrified and completely out of my depth. Whilst of course, the knowledge and experience offered by Jessica was second to none, I have to highlight the importance the support had on my well-being overall. Josh and Jess was amazing!! My child custody case was very complex as it was our third case in the family courts as previous cases with other solicitors and courts let my daughter down which meant we had to go back to court for the third time. Josh and Jess made all the difference to my case as they was supportive I felt heard as my case was concerning domestic abuse and emotional abuse to my daughter. They believed in me and my case Josh supported me in court and at times it was hard but his support made all the difference. I am also dyslexic and again Josh was so helpful with this especially when preparing court statements. In the end we got the result that was right for my daughter and I can’t thank them enough.
