Kate McNamara was fantastic throughout my purchase. She was always approachable, knowledgeable, and respectful of my wishes, which made a big difference to my overall experience. Despite being recommended by the developer, I always felt she was working in my best interests. The chain was particularly challenging, but Kate handled everything with professionalism and did her best to take as much stress and pressure off me as possible. I always felt supported and well-informed at every stage. I would 100% recommend Kate and genuinely can’t thank her enough for all her hard work.
