Absolutely wonderful from start to finish
I was lucky enough to have been assigned Amanda as my duty solicitor after being arrested in December, accused of an offense that could have put me in prison for 6 months. Before my police interview she calmed my nerves and talked me through exactly what they would ask and how to tackle their questions - instantly I knew she was on my side. In the interview she wasn't afraid to correct the interviewing officer, ensuring the record was kept straight. I was charged with the offence and given a court date. I rang Amanda straight away to tell her and the first thing she said was 'we are going to fight this' - and that she did. In meetings after being charged, she informed me of all the possible outcomes whilst staying incredibly positive that the case wouldn't stand up in court. I plead not guilty and elected the Crown Court as advised, at which point I was appointed Barrister Oliver Saddington to represent me, who also assured me the case would not go anywhere - he continued the fight and eventually got the CPS to admit they could not persue the case against me, and I was found not guilty. A massive thank you to Amanda and Katelyn for their support, expert advice, and all the hard work they put in to my case whilst keeping me aware of exactly what was happening at all times, responding quickly at any time of day - a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and while I hope I won't have to use their services again, I know exactly who I'm going to if anything does happen to me or anyone I know. Thank you again, Joe
