All communications were extremely clear, and we didn't need to chase at all to find out what was going on. Jenna Oglesby was always willing to take my phone calls when available to do so and reply to emails regarding a purchase that fell through at the last minute, then a purchase I made whilst renting that property. Going through separation and divorce with three young children, securing property has never been more important or more stressful than this last year or so. I felt in such safe hands with Jenna and reassurances she gave me all the way through a very long process. Thank you without end.

I recently sold my property with Slade Legal acting on my behalf, and I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Jenna. She has been excellent from start to finish — always organised, always ahead of the curve, and consistently quick to respond and update me throughout the entire process. We were ready to exchange and complete well in advance of other parts of the chain, and Jenna’s efficiency made a huge difference. Even when delays and communication issues arose further down the chain (completely outside her control), she remained proactive, calm, and on top of everything. Her professionalism, clarity, and reliability made a very stressful sale far more manageable. Kiran from Slade supported us through our recent purchase and sale, with help from Jennifer and Emily, too. I have to say she was absolutely excellent, we were recommended by a friend, and she didn’t disappoint. The team very knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond to any queries, which is all you can ask for. Genuinely felt like they were acting in our best interests. Even when Kiran went on annual leave, she provided a smooth handover to her colleague (Valli - who was also excellent, and ensured we exchanged). This gave us complete reassurance, and everything went smoothly on completion day.
