Ben Pett is the Team Leader of both our Purchase departments, previously Ben has also been Head of the Sales Team and the New Business Team giving him a wealth of experience over the years. Ben manages a team of 13 who cover a wide variety of purchase transactions, ranging from leasehold, newbuild, shared ownership and freehold. Prior to this, Ben graduated with a degree in History from the University of Warwick. He then converted to a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the University of Law, Birmingham. Ben gained legal experience working at both firms in London and Birmingham, before joining MJP full-time. Ben officially qualified as a Solicitor September 2019. Outside of work, Ben is a big Manchester United Fan, enjoys watching cricket, rugby and the NFL.
