I was a first time buyer, as anyone who has been through the process of buying a house before can attest to, there’s a lot of stress and unknown factors involved for someone who doesn’t live in the world of house buying. Victoria made it really easy for me, she was prompt with her responses and very patient with my questions and requests. She was also very good at communicating with the estate agent which was appreciated very much, especially as some solicitors aren’t as good at communicating with estate agents. It made the whole process really smooth and transparent, and while it did still take time to get everything sorted legally (that’s just the nature of the beast) I don’t think she could have done a better job really, so would recommend them to anyone who asked!
