I don't know how to put in to words how utterly outrageously awful Marshall Hall Levy have been.

Honestly I can't express strongly enough how LITTLE I recommend them, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

I've made a complaint to the legal ombudsman about them, having complained directly to Keith Turnball the director and getting no response.

They messed up every single step of the way with our conveyancing and then it got even worse because they told us we were completing, took our deposit AND Halifax's mortgage funds and ghosted us for a week!!! We had no keys, we didn't own the house and they had taken all the money.

Worse still we had no choice but to pay the first mortgage payment because they had not returned the funds to Halifax and nobody could get through to them, they turned their phone lines off!!!

I couldn't believe it.

Thankfully we've completed now and never have to deal with this cowboy company ever again but I feel sorry for any sucker who gets lumbered with them.

The joke of it all is we instructed "Berkeley legal group" (not to be confused with Berkely legal) who have 5star reviews and they passed our case to MHL. So we didn't even choose these morons!

Viki and Rhys have left the company now but that's not to say there's any improvement in service because our case was handed to John and Kimberly who were just as bad.

I don't particularly believe any of the above named people are bad solicitors I believe MHL is overworking every one of their staff and the level of service is basically non existent because of that.

Quite frankly if I could sue them, I would. They made our lives an complete misery and we paid them £650 for the privilege!
