She was clear about communication methods and got everything we needed over to us really quickly. Her knowledge of residential property purchases and sales was invaluable. Used for sale of property. I have had a terrible experience with Marshall Hall Levy Limited from beginning to the very end. During my dealings with the firm, my personal information was disclosed to my ex-husband, which was an extremely serious breach of my privacy and GDPR. There were issues with the handling of money. The wrong amount was transferred to me, and I was then asked to transfer money back to them to correct their mistake. There have also been paperwork and documentation errors, which have added further frustration and stress to an already difficult process. Communication and organisation have also been poor. I provided answers to questions they had asked, only to have exactly the same questions asked again many weeks later. Overall, I have found the experience extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end. Based on my experience throughout the whole process, I would not use this firm again.

I used these solicitors recently for both a house sale and purchase and they were absolutely fantastic. Special mention to Kimberley. Kept in touch regularly, got everything moved quickly and nothing was an issue for them. Would 100% recommend.

I cannot recommend this firm enough for conveyancing. Danielle Wallace has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process of buying our first home. 8 weeks from our first viewing of the property to completion date!
