Being both partially hearing unable to phone and abroad while the house purchase was going through we could not fault Kimberly help and patience. She answered all of our questions by email and it was at time really frustrating as the previous owner was constantly asking us questions. We felt assured that our case was being dealt with. Have no hesitation recommending this solicitors .

Kim and Joanne at Marshall Hall Levy were open, honest, and clear in their communication. Despite the process being drawn out longer than expected (due to the other party), I was kept updated throughout, which was very much appreciated! Having the hub was also very helpful, as it meant I could see when the solicitors were sending chasers to the other party. They also answered many of my little questions as a first-buyer, and supported me when I needed it.

Danielle was recommended via an agency and I was not sure this was the best option as I have always used local solicitors in the past but they have never been great so went with Marshall Hall Levy. I am so pleased we did as they have been the best we've used. Danielle's communication and knowledge has been fantastic. Emma helped when Danielle was off and they are a good team. Very friendly, helpful,
quick communication from Dannielle and her hard work managed to get our purchase and sale through in five weeks. I'm still shocked as I thought I had more time. We would definitely use her again.

I really don’t have the words to describe how phenomenal Kim has been. I feel like I know her now as a work colleague/a therapist at times/friend and most of all is the best person I’ve worked with in this entire chain.
Kim puts everything into her work, she is tenacious, pragmatic, quick, forward thinking and communicative.
Others I dealt with were OK but definitely in the shadow of what Kim brought as customer service provision.

I have recently used Marshall, Hall, Levy for two separate transactions (sale and purchase of my properties) and I must admit I was very satisfied with their service. The name of Marshall Hall Levy has existed in South Shields for over 180 years. The practice has developed and maintained an excellent reputation in the area. The firm is currently constituted as a sole practitioner legal practice. The firm operates as a general practice, providing a range of legal services including those funded by way of legal aid. Marshall Hall Levy operates from premises situated on Fowler Street, South Shields. There are no branch offices. The office is open from 9am until 5pm Monday through to Friday but appointments outside of these hours and home visits can be arranged. The office is modern and suitable for disabled access.
