2nd house purchase with Amy
This is my 2nd house purchase with Amy Legg at Aquabridge law. From the very beginning of our journey Amy was amazing to work with, Amy's calming and professional nature made me at ease each time. The amount of work that Amy did for me to get this purchase over the line was incredible. No task was to much or too difficult and Amy dealt with the sellers Solicitors with great efficiency.
it has been a great pleasure working with Amy and im delighted to have got this over the line with her help. Without Amy i dont think this purchase would have been possible.

Knowledgable, detail driven and amazing solicitor
Right from the start Amy made us feel like she knew what she was talking about. She ensured we knew exactly what we were buying / walking in to. Anything we didn’t understand, Amy would spend time talking it through. She was available whenever we needed her and would spend time discussing options for anything we weren’t sure of. Amy was very friendly and accommodating and the day we exchanged contracts she seemed as excited as we were. We will definitely use and trust Amy in the future and will be recommending her to people in the future.

Outstanding service
My daughter recommended Amy as she had handled her property purchase so well. We therefore asked Amy to help with the conveyancing for the sale of our mother's flat as Mum had gone into a care home and we need the capital to help pay for this. The sale was quite protracted (initially falling through just before exchange) but Amy was always patient, professional and prompt with her responses. She sorted everything out with a calm head and no fuss and was extremely personable too. Can't fault the service we received - huge thanks.

Excellent service from Amy Legg
I am so grateful to Amy Legg for her professional guidance and skill in the sale of my house. I approached Amy after asking my Estate Agent which local solicitor was the most prompt and efficient. Estate agents really know. Amy was excellent.

Fantastic Solicitor!
We cannot recommend Amy enough! She has been nothing short of amazing throughout the purchase of our house. Incredibly efficient, great communication, clear with the status of the process at all times, very responsive to any questions we had and never once had to chase up anything because we knew it was all under control and always kept up to date. We were made to feel like her only client which is really quite something!

Conveyancing Legal
Amy undertook the legal conveyancing work for my purchase as a first time buyer. She was extremely efficient and kept me updated throughout the process.
