Getting Through the Jargon
My husband and I had decided to give each other Lasting Power of Attorney and also to have our daughter as replacement Attorney. At first it all seemed very complicated and to to involve a huge volume of paperwork. Mrs Escott-Watson was patient and explained all the implications and terminology very clearly. She warned us that it would take time to be completed which was helpful.

Last Will and Testament
I felt everything about Wolferstans was very professional and value for money. My only issue was the whole procedure took a long time, for what I considered a minor service.

My Will
I was treated with friendly respect and given full advice on what to do to make my wishes plain and how to ensure these were carried out. I was advised to write a letter of explanation to accompany my will incase it was contested which will help my executors if this happens.
