Transferring a Residents Management Company to a whole new set of people was far more complicated than I realised. Thankfully with the help of Louise Yearley initially and subsequently James Portman and Matthew Mulchinock this process was completed in as timely a manner as possible. I particularly appreciated the regular updates as to the progress being made and the professional manner in which this was undertaken. Everything was clearly explained at each step of the process. Brilliant service. Very efficient and the app makes everything very easy to navigate. The team respond promptly to queries and always go out of their way to move the process on. When one person is away they always arrange handovers and let you know who will be staying in touch with you. What could have been a stressful process was made hassle free. Will 100% use them again.
