House conveyance
We chose to use Wolferstans as our solicitors as they were quick to respond to our initial enquiry & were very competitive for the work to be completed.
We cannot fault them at all, we were kept fully informed at all times by Sam & her team.
If we had a query, it was answered straight away & they were on top of the whole process throughout.
We have used several local solicitors previously for other sales / purchases, however Sam showed great knowledge & understanding, highlighting things from the surveys completed that other's may have missed, maintained contact throughout & chased any queries!
In our experience, we'd struggle to find any fault at all & would highly recommend Wolferstans!

Brilliant service
The Wolferstans team in Plympton covered all aspects of my house sale - the communication was smooth throughout, they were calm in their approach and the process was smooth and straightforward. I completed the sale to my deadline of 21st December and was delighted to be able to move into my new home in time for Xmas.

Samantha and her team (Hannah & Amy) were professional throughout the entire conveyancing process, always approachable and providing sensible advice along the way. When an error occurred from the company conducting the searches they were prompt and proactive in resolving the issue as soon as possible so that no further delays were incurred than necessary.
Their professionalism provided us with confidence and reassurance that everything was in hand which in turn lessened our worries and stresses associated with the whole moving process.

Superb
The team that conveyanced the selling of my property were superb. They provided me with useful information to help me understand the steps, the team were efficient with all communications, keeping me updated and answering my queries. The sale went through smoothly and much earlier than anticipated! Prior to appointing Wolferstans, I did some shopping around and they were one of cheapest around and certainly the best value for money! Thank you to the team at the Plympton branch.
