Rebecca works as a Senior Associate and Chartered Legal Executive in the Wills & Trusts Department and is based at our Plymstock office. Rebecca graduated from the University of the West of England with an LLB Law degree in July 2013 and started working at Wolferstans in October 2013. Rebecca has had several roles at Wolferstans and started in the Wills & Trusts Department as the assistant to the Head of Department in early 2014. Rebecca achieved a merit and distinction in the Charted Institute of Legal Executives (‘CILEx’) graduate diploma and qualified as a Fellow of CILEx in April 2019. Rebecca regularly advises clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate applications and administration of estates and has a case load of 90+ matters at any given time. Rebecca is an Associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a Dementia Champion and a Compassionate Friend. Rebecca is always keen to work with and support local Charities and Organisations and was recognised for her hard work and contribution to local charities when she was awarded Plymouth Law Society’s ‘Young Lawyer of the Year’ Award in 2019. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys venturing outdoors and visiting new places.

    Wolferstans Solicitors in Plymouth are exemplary, they completed my conveyancing, changed my will and are dealing with my matrimonial changes all hassle free .
