Pippa is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. Pippa obtained her LLB Law degree from the University of Plymouth and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford. Since returning to Plymouth to begin her legal career in 2014, Pippa has been part of the Wolferstans’ commercial department where she has experienced a wide range of commercial work, including employment disputes, business sales and purchases and property litigation. Pippa qualified as a solicitor in July 2016 and has been working in our commercial property team ever since. Pippa deals with a vast and varied caseload dealing with landlord and tenant matters including the grant and assignment of leases; secured lending and refinancing; freehold sales and purchases; pension fund/SIPP acquisitions and disposals; the set up and sale of residential developments for property developers; new build commercial units and ongoing estate management of local business estates. In her spare time, Pippa enjoys outdoor activities including running, netball and skiing.

    Excellent service guiding me through a sale!

    I purchased this property through Julian Marks at Plympton, who kindly referred me next door to Wolferstan's Solicitors who were extremely kind and helpful. So, having to sell the property 3 years on, for health reasons, I obviously decided to stick to Wolferstan's for the sale. Extremely glad that I did, because not only were Amy Elliott, Hannah Gomm, and Pippa Tanner- Wood very efficient, they were also very thoughtful and kind, and, once again all went very smoothly.
