I have recently moved ourselves and my parents to new houses. The move was to ensure that my parents who are elderly were closer to us.
The timing of the transactions was important to us in order for us to maximise the support that we could give to my parents during the move. Pauline and her team understood the requirements and gave us fabulous support though out the process. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Pauline to anyone.

Another successful move
Not the quickest move compared to some that we have done with Wolferstans, but delays were not in their control. They kept us in formed at all times. All credit to both Pauline Anning and Barry Boulton for steering us through this and encouraging us when we thought it would never happen

Exceptional Service
We chose Wolferstans to deal with our house sale and purchase.
The sale and purchase was quite complex with the sale enquiries and the purchase going through Probate.
Pauline assisted by Barry dealt with the whole process and made it all go in a very smooth manner.
Any enquiries by ourselves was dealt with on the same day,making it a stress free process.
We would highly recommend Wolferstans if you want a stress free House sale/Purchase solicitor.

First Time Buyer House Purchase
I was recommended Pauline by my brother and his father in law who had both recently completed a house purchase. After a bad experience with solicitors and estate agents on a previous purchase that fell through, I was looking for someone to take me through my first ever house purchase and Pauline, Barry and the team at Wolferstans have been absolutely faultless since day one. Selling House - great experience.
It was a really great experience from buying the house in 2015 to selling the house in 2022. Pauline was the solicitor for both and I highly recommend.

A wonderful experience with Pauline Anning at Wolferstans
We have recently been through the process of buying the house where we were previously living as tenants. Pauline Anning and her assistant Barry Boulton were efficient, professional and helpful throughout and we felt we could contact them anytime we needed to ask questions. As first time buyers this was especially appreciated. Some of the negotiations turned out to be quite complicated and Pauline ensured the sale went through as quickly as possible and with minimal stress. We highly recommend Pauline and Wolferstans as a whole and will not hesitate to use them again if we need legal help in the future.
