Fiona heads Gibson Kerr’s Family Law team. Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law and as a family mediator, Fiona has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of family law, both in relation to litigation and in the preparation of agreements where separating parties reach a negotiated settlement. Fiona deals with both the financial issues and child residence and contact issues from the breakdown of relationships. She also advises in relation to pre-nuptial agreements. Fiona is also trained in collaborative law and is a member of Consensus and of the Family Law Association. In addition, Fiona is trained and accredited by LSS in family mediation and a member of CALM (Lawyer mediators). She is also a trained family arbitrator.
