I've recently used Kay Liddle, Jake and team harding to complete a purchase and would highly recommend them! Friendly and warm service.
The service provided by p.m.p.l Was very professional. They made me feel very relaxed and reassured me. There was a little bit of ups and downs more on my side trying to sort things out, Kate and Jake felt like friends. I will miss talking with them.

Better than you think
When we first signed up with PM our estate agents gave us a lot of vitriol about their rating, which was rubbish, but we spoke to Jack and he said they were conscious of it and improving. Despite everybody saying that PM was not good, they turned out to to be kind, attentive and respectful of everything we asked for, and telling us when we were off market.

Faultless experience, I was kept updated where my house purchase was and the app is a great tool to use to follow how the purchase was going. Team ‘hardy’ was exceptional and was great to work with.

Everything you want and need
The use of an App made everything clear and contact easy. Progress stages were easy to track and information about what was needed was accessible without having to constantly phone in. There was always someone to talk to if we needed that extra reassurance and they were always friendly and never made you feel like you were being a nuisance. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Stellar Service provided by Kay and her team
My wife and I chanced across PMPL whilst looking for solicitors to assist with our first property purchase. Despite our inexperience and naivety with purchasing an auction property against a tight deadline, Kay Liddle and her team quickly got up to speed, going above and beyond to help us complete it in time.
