Brilliant experience with the team at Thornton Jones. The team was always easy to get in touch with, no hanging on the phone or waiting an eternity for a call back. Their method for handling case files must be organised very well because everyone I spoke to had up to date information on our case and our expectations were managed perfectly. Particular call out to Jess, Natalie and Francesca who have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. If house purchases weren't such a rare event Thornton Jones would absolutely have our repeat custom.

We recently used on our conveyancing and we cannot fault the experience and smooth process Thornton Jones has provided.
We had Jessica Taylor as our solicitor and she has been amazing at keeping us in the loop and keeping everything on track for us.

Myself and my partner used Thornton Jones when we recently bought our first home. We didn’t know anything about buying a property but the ladies at Thornton Jones in Garforth made everything super easy to understand. They worked very quickly, efficiently, explained everything in simple terms so we could understand. Any questions we had I was able to pick up the phone or send an email in confidence, knowing I’d have an answer back by the end of that day. The process never felt stressful or overwhelming.
I’ve recommended Thornton Jones to two of my friends who are also looking to buy their first home, once of which has contacted them already.
I will definitely use Thornton Jones in the future and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent service and great advice
Francesca Thomas was both personable and professional during our meetings and throughout the end-to-end process. We received excellent and dependable advice, with everything explained clearly at each stage.
Being able to park immediately outside the office was an added bonus as we did not want to leave our dog in a car park in the middle of Wakefield.

Moving house
Moving house was made so much easier thanks to Francesca Jess Natalie they informed us of every step we should take always there to answer the phone when we needed advice, their a credit to Thornton Jones, also a lovely polite receptionist who always made sure we were connected to the right person or arranging a call back thankyou all
