    Excellent Experience, Highly Recommend

    This is the first time I have had to engage a solicitor so was completely unsure of what to expect. John had been personally recommended (which is always a good sign). From the initial contact with John he was very helpful and explained the process in detail. He kept me fully informed at each stage and was happy to answer any questions or queries I had in a manner that was easy for me to understand which as a novice to the process was much appreciated. The case has now been resolved, within the parameters given in meeting one and I am more than happy with the conclusion. I have kept his details just in case I require assistance again and even if it wasn't in his direct remit to assist, based on this experience, I would be more than happy to use another solicitor at this company. Highly recommend.
