John works with businesses of all sizes, assisting in making sure their commercial documents are up to date and fit for purpose. This includes company terms and conditions, supply/distribution agreements, employment contracts, data protection and confidentiality documents including NDAs. John also handles franchise agreements, novations, assignments, company policies. He has numerous technology clients and has assisted in the production of software agreements, licence agreements, deeds of assignment and end-user licences. John also supports businesses in contract negotiations and disputes, adopting a "prevention is cheaper than the cure" approach to keep client costs to a minimum wherever possible. He offers an "on tap" service which spreads the cost of instructing a lawyer across a longer period, enabling a client to rely on year-round support for all types of commercial enquiries that arise in the natural course of business. John also handles a number of personal injury cases, and can assist in either bringing or defending a claim. He has acted for several large insurers and is well versed in litigation techniques to try and resolve cases efficiently and economically.
