Review of Paolo Rocchi

5

Dealing with Paolo from the beginning was extremely easy, as I was frustrated with what had happened to me. He calmed me down and explained the whole process from start to finish as well as managing my time expectancy of this case. I was expecting it to be all over in a few months initially however the procedure was a lot longer due to gathering of all the evidences and witness reports. By now we were working as a team together and Paolo also reached out honestly to see if I could get a local engineers contacts to assist with the report required.

This level of communication right up until the end meant that nothing was assumed and even if it was so, was quickly ironed out. Paolo also helped explain some legal technical stuff in layman's terminology and was very patient with my eagerness.

The final execution was perfect and quick and then I understood why all the evidence gathering was so important. He even helped in negotiating a final adjustment to my benefit and was even calm enough to explain to me how certain things that was not to my satisfaction initially were legally correct, as I was just frustrated with the contractor requesting additional access.

Thank you Paolo for your processional help and being a friend throughout.
