Court proceedings for eviction of tenants after section 21 notice.

Repossession case - County and High Court

Prompt service and clear instructions for a repossession hearing in the county court, followed by a request to a high court for an enforced eviction. The local contracted lawyer acting for me in the county court did not arrive very promptly, nor seemed to be too sure of the case, but acted as per instructions and got the required result.

We became involved in a boundary dispute that was made exceptionally arduous by the defendants arrogance prolonging the proceedings by using his legal knowledge as a solicitor himself to try to oppress Samantha Ibrahim from Pm Law. Ms Ibrahim was incredibly professional in her approach to our case and proved herself to be a powerhouse of knowledge in this area of expertise. We were updated regularly and felt we were in safe hands and ended with a fabulous result in court. There is no doubt that without the hard work and dedication from Samantha throughout the three and a half years of this legal battle we would not have had such a great end to the case.

This type of case has emotional repercussions while on the journey to end a dispute but Samantha guided us to a successful outcome while settling our worries and nerves along the way and we will be forever grateful

Through all ups and downs, my case has finally been settled! Things smoothed since Susanne Daine took over, she responded promptly, and yet kept me on track by recommending the right course of action... I was almost losing hope and was getting frustrated, but Susanne handled it all very professionally. Only feedback I have is to fast track the process and if possible keep same solicitor on case, or swift hand overs where change is unavoidable. Thank you again and will definitely use again in future.
