Liz Pelleymounter was my primary contact for the sale of my father's property and she was extremely patient and responsive with all my questions due to my total lack of knowledge with how property sales work in the UK. She did a great job getting me through all the forms that I needed to complete and efficiently resolved some issues related to a demanded withholding for service charges. It is very different from here in Quebec, Canada. Lydia Brown was my primary contact for the settling of my father's estate and she was outstanding, walking me through the various forms and processes that needed to be completed and keeping me updated on progress. Again, Lydia was patient with my many questions and and queries. Thanks to Salma for her efficient initial handling of the estate and my first meeting with her following my father's passing. She collected from me all that was needed and things progressed efficiently. Salma was very responsive to emailed requests for information etc.
