Unprofessional
We trusted SK Cooper Solicitors to handle my brother’s wife’s spouse visa application. They took payment and have held the case for over a year and a half, but during this entire time we have had no update from the Home Office or from them. Whenever we try to contact the office, our calls are ignored or cut off, and the staff are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. The solicitor herself has been avoiding our calls and has failed to provide any clear information about the application. This has caused unnecessary stress and worry for our family. We expected professionalism and support, but instead we have been left in the dark. This level of service is unacceptable, and we would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them with important immigration matters.
