I have just today completed on my property and am about to collect MY keys (very exciting). We used Feltons Solicitors twice in the past two years, once to buy a house and then again to sell the old house. Paula and her team worked efficiently and effectively in both cases. Their ‘boutique’ style of work is unique and personal. I really felt like I was their only client, even though they must‘ve been very busy. In our case, we only needed to communicate via email (both purchase and sale were chain-free and straightforward). All communications were very clear and understandable for us (non-solicitor folk!).
