Straightforward/pleasant/friendly/covenient location/with a very lovely receptionist called Lesley who has always been utterly charming and friendly and helpful and as the first point of call at the firm, I always feel total relief if she is at the other end of the phone or in reception in person. I haven’t got enough good words to explain how her lovely manner, at all times, makes me feel comfortable
