Catherine is a Solicitor in the Family team at Swinburne Maddison LLP. She joined the firm in June 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor having gained extensive experience as a Paralegal at a number of large regional firms. Catherine qualified as a Solicitor in 2016, was promoted to Associate in 2020 and appointed Managing Associate in May 2022. Catherine undertakes work in respect of all areas of family law, primarily dealing with relationship breakdown and private law children matters. She has worked closely with other fee earners in the team advising clients in relation to applications made to the High Court under the Hague Convention regarding the international relocation of children and has provided specialist advice to same sex couples in relation to the use of donors when looking to start a family. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys playing tennis, walking her dogs and spending time with her family.
