Good for the price
I was assigned a solicitor who was not very responsive, so 3 months later, I requested a change in solicitor.
Francesca was approachable and dealt with the queries in a professional manner.
Being a firm, it’s difficult to get in touch directly with the solicitors sometimes. The process took longer than what I would expect.

Extremely efficient and excellent value.
Francesca and Jonathan were extremely efficient and were always there when we needed them for any concerns or questions.

Excellent Service
Thanks to Francesca O'Brien, Jonathan Harris and tge restif the team at Stephens Wilmot for overseeing a smooth and successful sale of my house. This is the first time I've used this solicitor's and would be happy to use them again

We was required Stephen Wilmot by our mortgage advisor.
We dealt with Francesca & Jonathan, they were both responsive and they explained things if we didn’t understand.
Very helpful towards the end of the process.

Awful doesn't even cover it
This solicitor was appalling.
Unresponsive, unprofessional and generally rude (as mentioned on other reviews). We went to another solicitor after dealing with this person and had no issues at all!
I wish I had read the other negative reviews before we engaged her, as our experience lined up with the other reviews.
Save yourself a headache and use literally anyone else!

Total Time Wasters and very rude
I was displeased with the service these solicitors took nearly 8 months to complete the sale process, very rude staff and the solicitor the same I have been told not to contact them otherwise they will charge me extra money to answer the phone calls speaking with the owner was no help.
I had to send them the same document every other week, as they never bother to look their previous emails to see if they have received them already.
avoid any any cost

poor customer service
Poor customer service and very slow solicitors took forver to complete a very simple case.

Great experience
We have recently sold and bought a house whilst using Francesca at Stephens Wilmot as our conveyance. She was great from start to end. Even after our completion we still had to contact Francesca and she replied very quick and resolved the problem. We have previous negative experiences with conveyancers but we would definitely use these again and recommend to whoever needs one
