I can’t recommend Stephens Wilmot highly enough! Their service has been exceptional – fast, efficient, and incredibly reliable. They’ve made what I thought would be a stressful, long process so easy and seamless. Ann-Marie has been an absolute standout throughout my experience. I Cannot thank her enough for her assistance in purchasing my first home.
Her attention to detail and proactive communication have been invaluable, and she has made every step of the process smooth and stress-free. She was always polite, friendly and professional but still managed to explain everything in a way to help me understand. No matter the question she had the answer, which really took the pressure off what I thought would be a complicated process.
The whole process from start to finish was completed in less than 8 weeks, which I think is just absolutely fantastic!!!

As a first time buyer, it could have been a very daunting process. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. Instructions were clear and responses were prompt. Couldn't have gone much smoother. I can't imagine that if I moved again, that it would be as clear cut as this experience has been. Would highly recommend!

We went to Cheryl at the firm, as my original firm declined to represent us due to conflict of interest. It was the best thing that could’ve happened. Cheryl answered all queries (there were lots) in a timely manner and my favourite thing was how she took no messing from estate agents and other solicitors in the chain. I’ve now recommended her to family, of which she is currently representing my brother. If you want a reliable solicitor, then Cheryl is the clear obvious choice.

The absolute ignorance and lack of interest from Kelly totally infuriated us on purchasing our home. We had nothing to sell and sellers had nothing to buy yet it took 5-6 months to go through with the sale. The most stressful move of our 14. Kelly didn’t even contact us to say “hi I’m your solicitor on behalf of ….” We constantly had to email her for confirmation she was even doing her job. Eventually we rang exasperated and complained with the receptionist who put us through to her and we were so shocked she was actually after months going to hear our voices and vice versa. No hello. Just can I help You! Do not accept this lady as your conveyancer.

Honestly I can't recommend these guys enough! Any young first time buyers (or anyone in general), I implore you to go with Stephen Wilmot Solicitors. I completed on 28/07/2021. I had Lindsey as my conveyancer and I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support. Everyone knows that while the process of buying a house is exciting, it is also very stressful and incredibly daunting. But I can honestly say that Lindsey did everything in her power to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She responded to my emails in a timely manner, always got back to me if I had any questions, provided reassurance, had excellent communication with me, and frankly Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. Please go with these guys!
