When my sister suggested using a firm in Wales instead of a local one to sell our late father’s home, I was surprised but as she said it’s all done by email these days and as I’m not local I agreed. We were both kept informed at each stage and they were quick to respond to any queries.

Once Aimee took over the conveyancing for our sale & purchase the whole process went smoothly & reasonably quickly. Aimee kept us fully informed at every stage. She answered any questions, queries or concerns we had promptly, fully and always in easy to understand language. Aimee was a delight to deal with, it’s just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person due to distance between us and her.

Being first time buyers getting the right solicitors was key. We were recommended by the estate agents and we weren't disappointed. We worked with Aimee and she was very responsive. Outstanding again from Aimee Wright! At one point the estate agent tried to convince us the house wasn't freehold because someone in the office "used to be a conveyancer", Aimee stepped in and quickly put them right and saved us from losing thousands.
