We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Aimee and the team were exceptional from start to finish. Communication was always fast, clear and reassuring, and their efficiency made what is usually a stressful process feel so straightforward. Outstanding again from Aimee Wright! At one point the estate agent tried to convince us the house wasn't freehold because someone in the office "used to be a conveyancer", Aimee stepped in and quickly put them right and saved us from losing thousands.
