This is the second time my partner and I have used SW Wilmot Solicitors for house purchase, both times supported by the lovely Jo. Jo has dedicated herself to her profession and customer satisfaction so beautifully, it is a joy to collaborate with her. Jo put as at the heart of her work, was professionally and timely with her communication and definitely went over and beyond in her role, chasing various parties in the chain with professionalism and respect and ensuring a great level of transparency and respect with all parties. If it wasn't for Jo's expert work, I doubt our house move would have occured as effectively and within the time frames required. Jo is a credit to her profession and employer.

Throughout the entire process Jo Powell kept a strong and consistent line on communications with myself. This is the second time we have used Stephens Wilmot solicitors in the last 12 months as our purchase conveyancing was so efficient we used them again for the sale of our home property. Cheryl and Tracy were very easy to deal with and responded quickly to any issues raised. They did have quite a task with a slow and unresponsive beginning of the chain but rose to that challenge. That being said they battled on to conclude the completion successfully and a few hours before the expected deadline 😂 I can recommend this group of solicitors based on our experience and also with Jo who did our purchase conveyancing in record time last year 👍

Fantastic service from Jo Powell (and Shauna Bright) throughout a complicated and delayed house move - their efficiency, responsiveness, professionalism and warmth was in stark contrast to other solicitors in the chain, I don't think we would have made it to completion if it wasn't for them.
