Excellent communications and responses
We have used Stephens Wilmott twice to sell houses (and also our son used them for his house move) and after some poor experiences with other solicitors, and their communications and responsiveness are on a different level. Either messaging through the app, or by phone they have always responded promptly to any questions we have, and we feel they have always been working fully on our behalf, rather than just going through the legal routine. I will definitely use them again for any further house moves.

Selling of Garage
We had a number of obstacles in the way when selling our garage and what we thought would be fast, turned into 5 long months. Shauna and Natalie were very good at responding to our numerous emails and were professional at all times.

Good communication and satisfactory completion
Overall there was good communication especially at the end of the process although checking documents could have been better.
Able to change dates to comply with other buyers’ demands and ended up with a satisfactory completion for house sale. I would be likely to recommend their services as able to complete paperwork online as well.

A Very Positive Experience
Excellent service from our solicitor Aimee and Shauna.
Whenever we emailed Aimee ,the response was extremely quick. Always within at least an hour but usually within 30 minutes. Always kept up to date with the progress.
