Hard Working & Diligent
Cheryl Head at Stephens Wilmot Solicitors worked very hard for us. The sellers solicitors were constantly dragging their heels and Cheryl went above and beyond to get this sale over the line. Both her and her assistant Tracy were lovely and friendly and easy to speak to.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
We’ve just completed the purchase of our first home, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support than what we received from Cheryl and Tracy at Stephens Wilmot.
After having a difficult experience in the past, we were understandably cautious this time around. Our mortgage advisor recommended Cheryl, and from the very beginning, both she and Tracy made us feel completely at ease. They built a great rapport with us, were always friendly and approachable, and made sure we felt comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. It genuinely felt like we had people in our corner.
They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we always knew what was happening. Even when things didn’t go exactly to plan, they handled everything calmly and professionally, making the process feel smooth and manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever we had questions or needed advice, they responded quickly with clear, reassuring guidance.
We completely trusted them and felt genuinely supported from start to finish. Cheryl and Tracy have been fantastic, and we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with them. They are a real credit to Stephens Wilmot, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Would highly recommend.
Would not hesitate to use again, Cheryl and Tracy did all we could ask of them. We were in a chain, buying a new build with tight deadlines. Communication was excellent ensuring we got our perfect home on time.

Amazing!
The team were absolutely great in what was such a complicated, uncertain first house purchase. Always updated me and answered calls and questions to the best they could. Tracy was super!

Excellent service provided
Excellent service provided. Cheryl Head was our conveyancer, ably supported by Tracy Blanchard. I cannot praise them both highly enough. Whenever I telephoned, I was able to speak to them. Always pleasant, patient and helpful, with excellent legal advice given in the prelimaries prior to exchange. I would recommend this firm to anyone and would definitely use again if I moved house

Fabulous firm!
Highly recommend this firm! They were very proactive, helpful and friendly. Our conveyancer, Cheryl, was highly professional throughout and couldn’t do enough to help with any questions we had. The same goes for Cheryl’s assistant, Tracy, too. Both were very supportive and worked hard to meet deadlines etc. Would 100% use this firm again and would definitely recommend! Pleasure to work with!

Moving Home.
I decided to use Fix My Legals who put me in touch with Stephens Wilmot LTD, I was then assigned Cheryl Head and her team to facilitate my sale/buy of my house. From start to finish of the process of selling and buying a home only took 3 months, I was updated regularly as progress was made and always had a response to any questions/queries I raised within timely manner.

Amazing experience

Perfect service
I have only positive things to say about our recent experience with Stephens Wilmot Solicitors, whom we used for our house sale and further purchase which completed in Jan ‘25
.
Cheryl Head, Tracy Blanchard and Kathryn Jones dealt with our case. All 3 gave excellent polite customer service both over the phone and via email. One of them was always available to speak to, and were able to provide clear accurate updates throughout. Very clear communication throughout the entire process. The whole service felt very efficient and the team definitely seemed very ‘on it’.
Honestly a perfect service and would definitely use this firm again.

Helped when no-one else would!
Great service and agreed to help me when other places wouldn’t (citing that shared ownership was too complicated). The sale took a while to complete but that wasn’t SWs fault.
