Would 100% recommend. I appointed Stephens Wilmot as my conveyancing solicitors for the purchase of my first property. I found them on a comparison website. They have very professional and friendly from start to finish. They have communicated very clearly and been very easy to get hold of via email and respond very quickly. My flat purchase has gone through in 9 weeks. I chose them because of the good pricing (I felt like they all do a similar thing so I just went for a cheaper one) and was pleasantly surprised to recieive a 5* experience. This has been a fairly stress free experience. Thank you to Tracy and Theresa for your hard work.

Theresa and Tracy were truly amazing during the purchase of our flat. As first time buyers we were really nervous about the entire process and had lots of questions, but they never failed to be available on the same day to chat which was a massive help, especially as our purchase was quite complex. We really felt that they advocated for us and were personally invested in getting us the best outcome, and we took away a lot of great learnings that we can pick up when we’ve moved in. Plus, the overall service was really reasonably priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you both!

Excellent service
I recently sold and purchased a property, things were getting desperate due to the buyers and their solicitors, it was supposed to be a cash purchase, the buyers were deliberately stalling as the needed finance, but luckily Cheryl Head was undertaking my conveyancing and matters were resolved.

Amazing Customer service !
Cheryl and Tracey have been amazing with helping us to purchase our new home. We were kept up to date constantly and they are the first solicitors I have ever dealt with that you can actually speak to on the phone !
Communication is key, especially when it comes to something like property as it's not something you do everyday and it isn't a cheap purchase! Having the reassurance of them both being on the other end of the line when we needed them has been brilliant and no question has seemed like a silly one.
I would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future

Amazing service
