I was a little reluctant at first as these were recommended from a comparison site! However I called them straight away and to be fair they have been very good. Ann-Maria and Sarah have moved it all along very quickly and have always been helpful. Yes they don’t always get back straight away but within a couple of days I have always had responses . And it has gone through without a clinch in 7 weeks. Would defo recommend Ann-Maria and Sarah brilliant professional and caring

Selling out home
Could NEVER get through to speak to anyone , had to say I was a new customer to get anyone to pick up .,

Do not use
They have been so bad from the start to the end. No communications at all what so ever.
We had to call a million times for them to give us some answer.
They also messed it up with the bank on the last day when we were meant to receive our keys means we would have wasted our money with the moving company etc.

Good service each time
Used this company to buy and sell 6 properties, received good service each occasion. Each transaction was linked to the same solicitor so she knew what was happening with each. Would definitely use again for future purchases and sales.

Long drawn out process
We instructed Ann Marie back in August 2022. Simple you may have thought just to sell a house with no chain.Communication was poor to say the least . Difficult to speak to anyone by phone, emails not being answered for over 17 working days and the App giving false information. The blame for this was a third party. Things did not improve until January when Lindsey took over this mess. Lindsey has to be given a lot of credit for getting to grips with his situation.Finally sorted out by mid February.Six months is unacceptable in my book with no apology forthcoming. If this is online conveyancing then I would recommend use the high street conveyancing solicitor.Sadly this firm was chosen due to its previous reviews. How wrong were we!!!

Thanks Ann-Marie! During the process of purchasing my first property, I had to move away from the initial solicitors I had been using for the first 3 months. This was due to them not being able to represent my mortgage lender along with awful customer services. Luckily, Ann-Maire was at hand to pick up the pieces. Ann-Marie was efficient and very understanding of my situation. We spoke when I called and kept me updated proactively when needed. Thank you so much! Highly recommended. Moving in tomorrow :)

Sale of ex-council property back to the council
Sale of ex-council property back to the council.
Ann-Marie Roberts did an excellent job in dealing with a very long winding process.
The long winding process was caused by the council taking their time with moving on proceedings.
The solicitors (AR) always replied in a quite timely manner to our requests.
I would not hesitate to recommend them
