I don't usually leave reviews as its not really my thing, however, I have to purely because of how professional and fast Daniel has been with my transactions. I have worked with a few solictors over the years and he is without doubt one of the very very best. I realised, that the speed of a sale relies heavily on which solicitor you decide to go with.
I have used Stephens Wilmot twice so far( and recommended them to others) and will carry on doing so. I almost don't want to write this review as I want to keep this gem all to myself and all of my friends and family only. Alas, they deserve to grow even more and you will not regret giving them your property to work on. Daniel, Thank you, you have saved my sanity too many times to count!

Mount Pleasant Garage Purchase
I can honestly say that I discovered Stephens Wilmot Solicitors by chance, and I’m so glad that I did. There are so many solicitors who charge extortionate fees for their services it is difficult to find someone who has very reasonable fees, but also deliver an excellent service.
I employed Daniel to assist me with the purchase of a garage I was interested in buying. From start to finish he kept me fully informed of the step by step process/legal stages involved between myself and the seller, until final approval and ownership. I can’t thank them enough for their services! And I would definitely go to them for any future issues needing legal assistance. First class service….

Excellent service provided
Daniel dealt with the sale of a property we purchased through auction. Throughout the process Daniel explained any queries that we had and was very quick to reply to any questions or when updating us whenever he received correspondence from the buyers solicitor. Overall Daniel provided a very professional service and would recommend anyone to use Stephens Wilmot Solicitors.

House sale / purchase
