Honestly I can't recommend these guys enough! Any young first time buyers (or anyone in general), I implore you to go with Stephen Wilmot Solicitors. I completed on 28/07/2021 and I cannot thank Stephen Willmott Solicitors enough (I had Lindsey Williams as my conveyancer) for all their help and support. Everyone knows that while the process of buying a house is exciting, it is also very stressful and incredibly daunting. Being a young first time buyer who also happens to work on a busy hospital ward exacerbated this stress, but I can honestly say that Lindsey did everything in her power to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She responded to my emails in a timely manner, always got back to me if I had any questions, provided reassurance, had excellent communication with me, and frankly Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. Please go with these guys!

Conveyancing services
A very trying and stressful experience due to a leasehold property being sold. Lindsey had to navigate and work with both management company and landlord who didn't share the same urgency as my buyer and myself. However, this did not deter Lindsey who did all she could to achieve the required completion date. Well done.

Friendly and professional service
Going through the process of buying our first home, Lindsey made sure that we understood every step and was always available for questions/clarifications. As first time buyers we needed a fair amount of hand holding and Lindsey made sure that the process went at a speed we were comfortable with, that we understood what was required (and why), and ensured that all the necessary checks and documents were in place and shared with the sellers side.

Pleased with a good service
A very trying and stressful experience due to an exceptionally unusual situation with our vendor and the resident of the property being purchased but Lindsey worked with two of her colleagues to achieve a timely completion date so we're incredibly pleased.
