Myself and Brooke are very happy with our experience dealing with Lindsey, who worked very hard to keep our timelines in place and sent us documents very efficiently. Despite me needing to push hard as well, Lindsey would follow up query/chasing straight away. Overall, we are very happy and would recommend to anyone.

I used Stephens Wilmot to purchase my home. They were very professional throughout and were available to take my calls if needed. I lived approximately 200 miles away and all paperwork was carried out be email. Efficieny stood out for me alongside the price. Go direct to the firm instead of using a third party as the price for your conveyancing will be less. Again I recommend this company and have passed their details on to friends. Go on. Use this firm and save money with no reduction in quality. Lindsey looked after why affairs and the process was the smoothest I have ever had. Ask for Lindsey and you will have a smooth process with little or no fuss. A+++++

The process of buying a house and going through the conveyancing process is never easy and definitely not stress free but the service from Stephens Wilmot was fantastic. We started the process being looked after by Lindsey Bowen and was eventually passed over to Natalie Arlett-Buffery, both of them were fantastic communicators and provided us with very quick responses to any queries that we raised throughout the process. They completed all the legal checks incredibly quickly and were very thorough to ensure that nothing was missed on our purchase file, including pointing out that indemnity insurance was required. I’d highly recommend them as the solicitor to go for if you require a conveyancer for your house sale / purchase as you can be guaranteed to receive fast responses to ensure you’re never left in the dark during a frustrating and stressful process.

Honestly I can't recommend these guys enough! Any young first time buyers (or anyone in general), I implore you to go with Stephen Wilmot Solicitors. I completed on 28/07/2021. I had Lindsey as my conveyancer and I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support. Everyone knows that while the process of buying a house is exciting, it is also very stressful and incredibly daunting. But I can honestly say that Lindsey did everything in her power to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She responded to my emails in a timely manner, always got back to me if I had any questions, provided reassurance, had excellent communication with me, and frankly Lindsey went above and beyond to help me.
