Emma, along with Elise, has been amazing. What started out as a simple, no-chain, house sale turned into something much more complicated. Emma guided me through the processes, acted entirely in my best interest, kept me informed and dealt with everything that was thrown at us efficently and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Stephens Wilmot and, if the need ever arises again, I'll be straight back on the phone. Five stars isn't enough, she deserves a whole constellation.

We had good communication for the most part and all were quite proactive. All areas were handled well. The only issue we had was we were asked for the full settlement amount of some £80k which we paid immediately. However, all parties were not ready to exchange at that time and we requested our money back as exchange did not happen for 5/6 weeks after . The payment of the money back did take more time than was acceptable.
