Probate and variation of will
John made us feel comfortable in a subject new to us, was thorough and understanding in our situation. His assiastant was extremley helpful in any concerns we had. He was very professional but with humour and wish him well in the future.

I always found Mr Cregan sympathetic, empathetic, competent and efficient.
When dealing with my father's estate then my mother's estate I always found Mr Cregan sympathetic, empathetic, competent and efficient.

I am very happy with the service I received
I am very happy with the service I received in the probate of my late wife's will and decided to have my own (amateur) will tested. I was very glad I did: although it would have worked, John Cregan was able to point out potential difficulties and clarified my ambiguities. The whole process was painless and straightforward. I am very grateful to him and Ruth Brooks for so often acting as my messenger especially when my health was suspect. I will most certainly return to Churchers if i have further legal requirements and my next of kin are aware.

Teamwork shown by Churchers made the whole process simple.
I have just completed the writing of my Will. The completely professional advice from Faye Evans gave me my options and assistance in me making the decisions I needed to. In addition the teamwork shown by Churchers made the whole process simple. This included the help provided by Ruth Brooks and the final execution by John Creggan. I mention all those involved as my Will has been undertaken during the restrictions due to COVID-19 and wanted to show that Churchers managed to undertake my Will and keep myself and their staff safe.
