Very rude member of staff is not right for the job an should be removed from the team been using this solicitor for over 20 years an never had a problem until coming across this very rude woman who do not do her job properly an makes you feel very uncomfortable! Please get her removed from the firm!

I would strongly advise against using this office. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was virtually non-existent—I had to constantly chase for updates, and when I did hear back, responses were vague and unhelpful. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without explanation, and their lack of urgency cost me valuable time and money. I also felt overcharged for the level of service (or lack thereof) I received. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Qualified Legal Solicitor’s “QLS” Newport, for me are definitely the best solicitors I have ever seen for immigration and asylum cases. I’ve struggled with my immigration case for almost 7 years and went through 5 different solicitors, through refusals and appeals they all gave up on my case before my friend recommended QLS. Very very pleased with Mohammed Javaid Moghal and his team. They took my case through a fresh claim and my solicitor was Orina Mustafa. She was very friendly and caring during the whole process and took great care of my case. She was really Godsent. I would definitely recommend Orina Mustafa to anyone struggling with immigration & Asylum problem. I couldn’t be more grateful to her for winning my case against the Home Office. She’s so compassionate (rare quality for solicitors in my experience ) and the best communicator, always keep you in the loop about your case. They really listen to your concerns and carefully explain your options and do not make you feel silly. Very very professional. I would definitely give 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend. They really have the best service, very professional and a very good teamwork from the receptionist to the senior solicitors.
