my name is Scott I went to Arlingsworth last year September 2022 for help because my ex partner had stopped me seeing my 2 daughters. After looking around at around 30 solicitors I went with these guys because they knew what they was talking about and had to drive to help myself. I was placed with Chris and Rahill to handle my case it was a very upsetting time for myself but they are really friendly make you feel at ease and will give you the best advice and they work so so hard. when ever I had a question to ask I could pick the phone up and Chris or Rahil was always happy to talk too me and give me the best advice and tell me what they think I should do next. when I came to these guys I was in a low places because I hadn’t seen my girls for 8 months because of my ex. Finally last week I managed to win my court case and get my child Arrangement order and I now see my girls every week. Chris and Rahil will never truly understand what they have done for myself they have saved me and saved my girls they have given me my life back and a chance for me to rebuild my relationship with my daughters . Everyone I would strongly recommend Chris and Rahil I know you may look at the legal cost and go oooo I could find a solicitors that are much cheaper that is probably correct as I did but I can promise you now you went somewhere else you wouldn’t get the level or respect and hard work that Chris and Rahil would give you. I would go with Chris and Rahil you out your faith in these guys and they will not let you down , These guys are absolutely fantastic I don’t think they realize at all how amazing they both are there is no words big enough for what they have done for myself over the past months.

I engaged Arlingsworth Solicitors on my complex Divorce and Financial settlement case. I was holding on to this matter for over 4 years of separation due to its complexity and foreign assets involved, but it was only after having speaking to Rahil and Chris gave me confidence to proceed further. It was not an easy case however both Chris and Rahil were very focused, kept things moving and handled the matter strategically at every step. I truly admire their speed and judgement at every stage which ultimately led to the consent order which initially felt will never reached any consensus. I am eventually seeing the order being complied with as well and that has further increased my appreciation for every effort that went into this case.
