My partner and I recently bought our first house, and used Winston as our conveyance solicitors. From the first quote (which was very reasonable), the whole process was explained to us, and we were kept up to date with emails, the InTouch app, and phone calls. Leasa is professional and attentive and made sure we understood what was happening, and ensured the vendor's side was providing the necessary material. They were amazing from start to finish! Communication in particular was outstanding, never waiting longer than an hour (usually far less) for responses to queries. They were so thorough, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and have recommended to family and friends already. Clearly amazing at what she does. We felt like our sale and purchase were in great hands!

We are first time buyers and were new to the process of buying a house but our solicitor, Leasa, explained everything clearly to us and was the best solicitor we could wish for in this situation: She was super efficient, thorough, and we had great communication throughout, which was extremely useful. Things got done fast and to a high standard, and Leasa was able to spot things the seller's solicitor wasn't. Everything was super quick and within the timeline we set, so we can highly recommend this firm and have done so to friends who are also buying a house, five stars!

We couldn’t recommend Leasa highly enough. She was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of buying our first home. The purchase ended up being a fairly long and complicated process, with a number of delays and issues along the way, but Leasa was incredibly patient, responsive and reassuring throughout. She always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions and make sure we understood what was happening, which made a huge difference as first-time buyers. We always felt that she genuinely had our best interests at heart and was working hard to keep everything moving, even when things were outside of her control. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt we could get in touch whenever we needed help or clarification. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone as knowledgeable, helpful and kind as Leasa made the whole experience so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to help us finally get the keys to our new home.
