My partner and I recently bought our first house, and used Winston as our conveyance solicitors. From the first quote (which was very reasonable), the whole process was explained to us, and we were kept up to date with emails, the InTouch app, and phone calls. Leasa is professional and attentive and made sure we understood what was happening, and ensured the vendor's side was providing the necessary material. Leasa was very thorough and efficient with the whole process. Buying a house can be quite overwhelming but she made sure I understood everything. She responds very quickly and ensured everything is smooth. Will definitely use Winston solicitors again in the future.

They were amazing from start to finish! Communication in particular was outstanding, never waiting longer than an hour (usually far less) for responses to queries. They were so thorough, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and have recommended to family and friends already. Clearly amazing at what she does. We felt like our sale and purchase were in great hands!

We were really impressed with the service that we received from both Leasa and Julie. The process was efficient, communication was great and we liked the online portal where you could see the progress of the sale/purchase easily. Despite some delays from our buyer’s solicitor, both Leasa and Julie seemed to push this daily for us to complete on time. We would recommend Winston’s to others and will use them in the future if we move again!
