Polly joined Thea Limited in 2020 and is our family law lead. She is a solicitor and accredited mediator. Polly trained with McCue & Partners, a niche firm specialising in public interest law, and completed a secondment at Camilla Baldwin, a Mayfair family law firm specialising in high and ultra net worth family matters. In 2018 Polly joined a boutique family law practice in South West London, and was made a partner a year later. That same year, Polly achieved a distinction in a Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Practice. Polly acts for individual clients in private family law proceedings. She advises on all areas of family law, including separation, divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships and financial arrangements. She specialises in disputes involving children, including in relation to child arrangement orders, disputes when separated parents wish to relocate with their children, specific issue orders and prohibited steps orders. Unfortunately, she cannot accept clients on a legal aid basis.
