Sepie advises on all aspects of employment law for employee and employer clients as well as providing support in relation to day to day workplace issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, sickness, redundancies, employment contracts, directors service agreements and handbooks. Sepie also regularly advises employees on settlement agreements and assists in the negotiation of terms with employers. She also advises in relation to employment tribunal claims and litigation including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, unlawful deduction of wages and discrimination claims.
